Twister, more than just a dust extraction hood
Twister tools provide controlled chip removal with their smart combination of dust hood and cutting tool. The results are cleaner machines and a low wear on machine parts such as slide rails, bearings and chain belts. Contrary to conventional systems, newly designed chip gullets in combination with a special designed dust extraction hood on the Twister tool system ensures a nearly complete chip removal rate. The design follows the theory and operation of turbine vanes. Airflow is created that directs dust and chips directly to the dust extraction system.
Almost every machine can be equipped with the Twister system.
Pioneer of the Monodite® Tool
Our Monodite® tools are tipped with, monocrystalline diamonds which offer significantly longer tool life compared with other cutting materials due to their increased hardness. These diamonds are single-grain crystals with no bonding agent. They minimize tooling costs for our customers through long tool life especially when cutting highly abrasive materials.
